Licensed Properties

This division (Lazzati International) specialises in the design and manufacture of high quality licensed clothing and accessories for both character and brand property owners alike.

Established in 2006 Lazzati International is an integral part of the Lazzati Group offering and benefits from the Group’s extensive manufacturing facilities, expertise and collective production volumes.

Working in close partnership with its clients Lazzati International can provide a fully integrated design and manufacturing service, encompassing everything from range planning and product design, through to product testing, manufacturing and distribution.

Lazzati International’s vertically integrated ‘design through to manufacturing’ service optimises every facet of the production process providing its clients with the maximum control over product design, construction and pricing.

The Group’s in-depth retail sector knowledge and brand and design acumen enables Lazzati International to effectively translate character and brand properties into highly successful clothing lines.

Brand Development

In addition to its licensed property interests, Lazzati International has proactively developed joint ventures with a number of property owners to bring new brands to market including; Fourholes and Nickers.

By utilising the Group’s wide-ranging design, manufacturing and logistics expertise, Lazzati International has been able accelerate the development cycle of the brands and enable them to be rapidly brought to market.

Technical Fabrics

Lazzati Tessuti Innovativi Textiles has three core ideals, namely; technology, fashion and sportswear, but with one overriding goal, that of quality.

Lazzati's Weaving Factory has continually invested in technology and operates some of the most advanced looms in the World, including the latest generation water jet looms, air jet looms and rapier weaving machines, allowing the company to manufacture a wide and diverse range of fabrics.

Lazzati family's activity in the textile field began in 1959, when Giuseppe and Arrigo Lazzati founded Lazzati's Weaving Factory

The Lazzati Group has always been a leader in its field and during its development it has sort to integrate its production facilities in to a vertically structured organisation incorporating weaving, dyeing, finishing, spreading and manufacturing of fabrics.

The technologies available within the Group are some of the most sophisticated available on the market and have enabled Lazzati to maintain its position at the forefront of fabric technology and ensure that its clients have access to the best possible fabrics.

Founded in 1990 Lazzati Tessuti Innovativi has since become a leader in the production of technical fabrics, with a specialisation in nylon and polyester based products. Top of page

Clothing & Accessories

Lazzati (UK) Ltd was established to deliver private label finished garments for retailers.

The Company provides a complete solution to its clients, encompassing product design, production and distribution.

By offering a comprehensive design through to manufacture service to retailers Lazzati can efficiently manage the overall supply chain to ensure quality is maintained and that orders are delivered on time, every time.

The Company specialises in the manufacture of unisex casual lifestyle apparel and equipment, encompassing; jackets, trousers, swimwear, scarves, underwear, lingerie, soft accessories, bags and formal luggage.

The majority of fabrics used are supplied from Lazzati Group’s facilities in China and Italy and the garments are produced in modern industry standard approved manufacturing plants.

This division (Lazzati (UK) Ltd) has established business in the UK with some of the High Streets’ most prestigious retailers for both finished garments and performance fabrics.
